Sample Project 1
An organization identifies 5 finalists for an important opening: director of the marketing department. AAF is engaged, and facilitates an assessment of each finalist. AAF shares the results with the employer, to gauge candidates’ strengths, personality style, and other personal traits, to help determine how each candidate will function within the marketing team. These results help the organization come to a hiring decision.
Sample Project 2
A law firm has hired several associates who will start soon. The firm has experienced high attrition historically, unable to retain associates longer than just a few years. It engages AAF, who recommends that each associate take an assessment as part of on-boarding. AAF shares the results with both the associates and key leaders within the firm. This increases associate / employee self-awareness, improves employee satisfaction (and retention) as associates are assigned to work that better aligns with their abilities and personal traits, and improves workplace dynamics since employees better understand and appreciate each other’s abilities and personality styles.
